So.. I know I said I was staying in Japan for 3 months but I’m leaving tomorrow. I had the time of my life living with ADRIANWAVE, Kitsune & Sparkly Night here. We had our first future funk show here, we ate so much 711 together, we went to places that embarrassed me in Akihabara.. what a life. So today is our last day together and I’m just feeling the feeling that maybe Japan is a nice stop but maybe not where I want to live.
Where I’m off to next, I’m kind of holding on to that info until I get more settled. Don’t worry Musics the Hang Up is still alive. Anyways, Did I miss a release? Let me know on twitter or instagram.

Humᴧn Cᴧpitᴧl, a pretty popular officesoft(?) album. Take everything you love about mallsoft and throw it into the office space. This is the 3rd pressing of this cassette, making me think it’ll sell out quick.
Tau Ceti by Foewi (limited edition cassette)
Not too often do I see yellow cassettes and even more surprising, yellow cassette with chill synthwave on it. “This album is nice”, Sparkly Night repeated multiple times as we listened to it while he made breakfast. It’s our last day in Tokyo together. This album kind of feels like that bitter sweet moment of leaving but new adventures.
音楽の薬 (Music Medicine) by Mr. Wax (Music Medicine – Limited Edition High Bias Cassette)
The vapor bois of First Class Collective have teamed up with Mr. Wax to release not only a cassette of his amazing album 音楽の薬 (Music Medicine) but a CD as well. For those who haven’t read or watched my full review of this album, you’ll deff want to check it out. Grab one of these for sure.

Ambivisionᴴᴰ by desert sand feels warm at night
I told everyone in the room I’d give them a dollar to see if anyone could guess who the artist is. Sparkly Night guessed it after 30 second. Stating that he knew it because he really digs their aesthetic and sound. I’m impressed. Check out this new album, digitally only. Favorite song: Warmth
