I posted about this on the day of it’s release but it surprised me to see it was still available. The limited 50 cassette run is surely to run out as this album is pure magic. If you’re a fan of Final Fantasy you’re not going to want to miss this in your collection.

Gather Her by Terna Jay

Gather Her is a really beautiful neo-soul vaportrap like album. The first track to take a hold of me was Take Me Please. The original lyrics and vocals was captivating as I didn’t know if it was sampled or original. Then I listened to I Want More to confirm the singer. Terna Jay has an album haunting captivating voice that could be tied to music similair to Joji. Overall this album has too much potential and could use a music video or two to help get Terna Jay‘s name out there. This is amazing. This album right here is exactly why I started MTHU; It feel music in the hearts of amazing people.

This is what you get when a pop punk kid starts making synthwave. I’m getting a strong early myspace emo music vibe from this. Different from normal DMT but I’m digging it.
