Digital Releases

The Flight of the Crown Hawk by Vinyl Dial

An album 10 years in the making starting all the way from the myspace days. Vinyl Dial has finally completed this epic saga of this electronic progressive rock album. The Flight of the Crown Hawk tells the story of your first rock bad. Friends coming together, recording an album and taking it to the internet. You’ll notice this sounds completely different from most albums on Seaside Tapes but this is a good thing. Vinyl Dial brings real drums, guitars, singing and other instrumentation to express this sound. Plus we get some cool synth leads. Favorite track, Shapes in the Clouds.

Soft Café by Cube Underlord

“A tribute to The future is here by 猫 シ Corp.” I think it does a good job playing respect to the original album stated. It’s classy, easy to listen to and stands on its own. Sambuca is a cool song.

Vice by Vercetti

vercetti is back with a new funnky 80s album on First Class Collective. It seems in the vapor funk world, Vercetti is a legend of some kind but this is my first introduction to the artist. You can tell they are seasoned with the quality of each tracks on the EP as well as the super 80s aesthetic album art.
