COSiMOZ是一位台灣在地的音樂製作人，音樂製作從嘻哈、獨立音樂、實驗電子、冥想音樂等。
他的BEAT深受De La Soul、Madlib、Dj Krush等９０年代地下音樂影響，以黑膠唱片為主軸，試圖融合當代元素在其中創作出只屬於台灣專有的嘻哈節奏。
本張專輯為２０１８～２０１９年間記事，紀錄台灣２年間社會、街頭風景心情，沈澱、後製、最後組成共１３首精選的GROOVRY BEAT。
專輯內容以Conscious hip hop為核心、BoomBap為基底，透過Heavy Bass和Reggae Dubbing大量亞洲聲響取樣，組成這張獨具特色的Beatstrumentals。
